Under-age Bachelorette Planning and FUN IDEAS!

We have two girls in the party that are under 21!!! What can we do for a night in the city.... Do you know any dance clubs that are 19and up? Or do you know any clubs that have bent the rules, or have options for letting someone in with a party?

Would also love to hear from anyone who has done any bachelorette party in the city and what you did! And fun ideas! Even if they are not under 21 approved things! Anything is helpful!

No underage clubs to speak of except for Zero Gravity in Naperville...

If there were underage bars that looked the other way, I wouldn%26#39;t post them on this forum and anyone who did is foolish.

Check into nail salon%26#39;s, spa%26#39;s, or I just read about a place that is opening at the end of the month offering stiptease excercise classes and looking to get into the bachlorette party business...check the chicago tribune or chicago sun times web site today.

cpfoutz is right. And Chicago bars are generally very strict about checking IDs. I%26#39;m 37 and I still get carded!

Another alternative I have heard of is a make your own purse party. There%26#39;s a place called 1154 Lill Studios on Armitage in the city that you can design your own purse.

A restaurant like Alahambra (ZAGAT

Ratings %26amp; Review: Over-the-top and opulent, this Market District dazzler revives the El Morocco tradition of adult theme park, Arabian Nights–style, with multiple dining rooms and a multilevel nightclub with elevated stage (belly dancing, live jazz) making up 24,000 sq. ft. of colorful, dreamy decor, fuled by exotic cocktails; chef Eric Aubriot presides over its midpriced Middle Eastern fare; N.B. it’s open till 3 AM Fridays and Saturdays.) or Carnivale (“Fun, loud and colorful describe the room, clientele and staff” at this wild West Loop “warehouse” where “exciting” Nuevo Latino menu items meet “enormous”, “eye-popping” environs, “another amazing visual masterpiece” from Jerry Kleiner (Marché, Red Light); “at the moment” it’s “the best party in town”, even if it’s “expensive for what it is”, “service could use a little work” and the noise level can be “almost painful.”)

Try the chocolate buffet at the Pennisula. I%26#39;m thinking because it%26#39;s a hotel you might be able to get in under 21 (and since it%26#39;s not at the bar)... but for those who do want to drink, they have martinis and great jazz... but this is NOT your club atmosphere!!!!!

Honestly, in Chicago, you aren%26#39;t going to find places that bend the rules, your best bet is staying in your hotel room, or having fun without the alcohol!

Good luck! You could do a comedy club (2nd City, Zanies), and those that are 21 can drink...but other than that, not too many things that don%26#39;t involve a bar. Perhaps a cubs game?

Not too sure about Zanies.
